Why "Anna Majhi Satakli."

As the government has decided to introduce an ordinance in order to amend the existing  Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013, hysterical protests against it has been enraged by opposition parties and social activist Anna Hazare. In my point of view, such changes are pro-industrial and have nothing to concern about farmers. Modi's fanaticism towards Make in India and his promises to curb the 'red-tape' may be the main reasons behind it.

The current bill has a provision of compensation for those who do not own the land but work to cultivate it. The proposed amendments will increase the apprehension that the poorest of poorer sections won’t be benefitted from it. Amendments will place them nowhere.

The govt has amended the section 10(A) of the bill, which immunes five sectors (national security, defence, rural infrastructure including electrification, industrial corridors and housing for the poor including PPP) from 80% “consent clause.” Which means “no question needs be answered” while acquiring even fertile land. I am not surprised if Mr. Modi is now acting like the puppet of corporate houses. Such “authoritative” amendments would exploit poor people even more. Though govt has tried to balance it by adding some acts which were not included in previous version. But again it won’t help poor.

It’s time to support Anna Hazare and to revitalise the presence of opposition in the democracy. No economic growth can be achieved by creating the vacuum between rich and poor.

K and Kasab

Why a thief becomes a thief?

I don’t find it funny, if you call it a ‘hobby’.
If Karen Malhotra became Sunny Leone, we call it evil for our society. Does anybody thought about the circumstances that turned her into a prostitute or we may enjoy watching her dancing at bed? Hundreds of girls finding it an easy way to earn and live, why?

In a nation like ours, people judge you according to ‘end result’. Nobody interested about how it began and who was responsible.
Education broadens mindset and able some-one to distinguish between good or bad. What if any uneducated makes a mistake, just because he don’t know what he is doing is an evil? And who is responsible if an uneducated is uneducated?

When a poor sleeps at night, he always dream about to buy a cozy blanket for him at 5`C. How will he earn if he is uneducated?
I met hundreds of people in Jammu and Kashmir, who are uneducated, ruined by government and society beasts, unemployed and completely innocent to find their fortune into the dirt of country. They are as malleable as virgin aluminum foil. Due to raw brains and untouched by alphabets, they are like sheep. Whether earth is flat or ‘K’ is just three sticks, doesn’t matters for them.

I often seen that when a leg piece shown to a dog, it attacks and attacks hard. What about if a diamond is shown to uneducated and unemployed poor? What if they swear on God to make an innocent believe that we are their enemies? What if Govt. acts like a gay, unable to please their own people?
‘’They told me that I am their employee now and I am here for good work. I thought that I got a job, earning good bucks. They sent me here on a mission, saying me that I am going there for good deeds’ said Ajmal Kasab in his interview during his hospitalization.

I am not supporting here Ajmal Kasab or any other terror group! I am just trying to explain that what has created Ajmal Kasab. And what is continuously creating thousands of Ajmal Kasab.

Hanging Ajmal Kasab is not going to help society, stopping innocents becoming Ajmal Kasab does!

A Broken Dream

Tum bade ho kar kya banoge?
‘’ mujhe ni pta’’ he replied in a single breadth with expressionless face as if he knew that his faith has been already decided.
He don’t know his age but I guess he is 6-7 of age, holds a daff with its strip across his shoulder and wears two silver coated rings in his spring and middle finger. He don’t sing but he plays this punjabi folk instument .
It was 10.30 and I was travelling towards RAIKOT on my market visit. Bus was almost empty and I was doing my most important work (surfing facebook). Stopped at MULLAHPUR and a boy boarded the bus and sat on an empty seat, horizontally to mine. Something was fetching his attention, AAMIR KHAN’s raja hindustani and he was enjoying it as if MUKESH AMBANI enjoying the night full of stars just because he refused to pay bribe to Mumbai Electricity Board officials.
He was lost in the beauty of either palankhet or Karishma Kapoor in such a way that he didn’t noticed me once clicking him in my camera.
After a few seconds I called him on my seat and he introduced himself as karan. He lives somewhere in a slum in ludhiana with his parents and four siblings. His father sells ballon across streets in ludhiana and mother remains in house with his two sisters and one younger brother. He never went to school and don’t want to be because his father’s earning is not enough to bring him a meal for two time. His elder brother too play daff and sing song in busses at BATHINDA to earn his youngest brother’s education and one time meal for his family.
He had his last meal at night and he has a dream today. He has a dream to eat chocolate unlike our children who never dream because they get all those before he even ask for.
He travel miles a day in such age in which people don’t allow their children to go alone even for toilet. His eyes has no dreams, his world has no twinkling stars and he might never going to put his towards the sky to look after his space. He has no time to look after anything else, his own life keeps him busy to fight his own misery. And those who have the capabilities to give a shape to his dreams are never going to allow him to dream.
SUDHAR arrived, and he jumped out of bus and fell down, got up, locate his daff and moved away.
He might had chocolate today but a heart bleeded when he didn’t respond the last good bye.
