Bapu- A Brand So Good!

Sh. Mohan Das Karamchand Gandhi, a great nationalist indeed who first employed non-violent civil disobedience as an expatriate lawyer in South Africa. And later he came back and emerged as preeminent leader in India’s struggle for freedom. He employed many historic non-violent movements from ’Civil-Disobience Movement’ to ‘Quit India Movement’.

To hold the hand of a nation which was prolonged of jeopardy of religionism, castism and many other wrongdoings, was a challenge itself. Mahatma Gandhi, the man with a greatest vision took pride and went through the era, fearlessly. His great affection towards humanity and his zeal for nation had made the triumph possible. He is among the greatest leaders ever born in on this planet.

Unanimously, he was a great character and a very strong BRAND himself. Simplicity, a typical personality and uniqueness in dress-style had made him the icon, whom people can recall even through a simple ‘curve-drawing’.

Brands like APPLE (Biggest Brand on Earth) has endorsed his picture with their evergreen tagline ‘THINK DIFFERENT’. Unquestionable match of personality and their products!
SWISSCOM, a Swiss communication provider has endorsed him with a tagline ‘To spread the good has never been so easy’.  Luxury pen-maker, Mont Blanc too encashed the brand image of Bapu and sold its range at premium. Later on, in 2010 Supreme Court has ordered the firm to stop the commercial carrying images of Sh. Gandhi.

As usual, Bollywood has another character to encroach on. Thankfully a few movies like ‘LAGE RAHO MUNNA BHAI’, advanced a good message to the people.

I sum up with a great gem from the ocean of his philosophy:

You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.

Honesty is Not Poor, Just People Are!

I was working as-usual on laptop in my room and felt to ask a question to 'aunty', who works at my home (The word 'maid', is for those who understand excellent English).
'Aunty', from where you are?
I am from Nepal beta, has been working for last 20 years in this home
I felt ashamed for not knowing this marvelous fact of her loyal services to this home, where I am staying as a paying-guest for past 1 year.
and she continued, ''I have two sons and we live in a society nearby.''
''Aunty, are your sons literate?'' I inquired excitedly
''Padhai, gareebo k liye kahan hoti hai beta? They work as drivers to earn livelihood''
These words were enough to jolt my conscience, left me thoughtful!
''My younger son looks like you, if he would sit along you- You both will look like brothers. I don't know how come God has blessed a poor like me with such a adorable child.'' She told me while her eyes were glittering with the essence of motherhood and that love, which is so precious.
She voice was so ravishing, so her expressions were! I glimpsed her honesty in her poverty.

I am a free Soul

I am not Rich, but born in Joy
I am not Glamorous, but raised in Decency
I have empty pockets, but a rich Heart
I adhere my responsibilities, but a free Soul!
I have no curves on ma body, but a zest to balance the twists of life
I live in pain, but courageous enough to make them smile
I dwell in untrodden, But soulful to hold a few hands and look after their destination.

I am a free Soul!

I wanna listen that flute and my grandmother's voice....

I am not fascinated of golden bowl, I miss to be born in an Era of supreme knowledge and eternal beauty. I miss to be walk through gardens of apple and grapes, into the direction of vent and birds' tweet!
I am pissed of few drops of water, I miss a lavation into that silent river between mountains.
Higher on earth, eating like a dentist. I wanna sit with Mother on Mother Earth to eat in rejoice.
A lyric guitar irritates me, I wanna listen that flute and my grandmother's voice.

I Miss An Era of Life!

Gudbye 2012

Sun was at its glory and flowers were blushed and amused,
Dew twinkled silvery, every eye had envy
Moon lit for me, darkness faded away….

Thunderstorm and Hails!!
Amazed, delegate like a feeble lamb;
I saw extinction.

A promise kept alive, I am the owner
Walkabout for existence, forge!
I made it out of abandon.

Certainly, an angel dreamed and delves;
Sun Shines and flower blossoms anew.
In glory of God, head down! On my knees.
I lived in a while! Goodbye 2012- can't forget!

Thanks To Every B'ful Heart For Loving and Hating!

With Love ♥
